Scottish Rite fraternal organization building.The core of the building consists of a large lobby at the center of which is a circular fountain and pool. Beneath the lobby are dressing rooms and restrooms. To the north of the lobby is the auditorium (preceptory) which has stadium type seating with a seating capacity of approximately 1,031 persons. The seats are padded, fold-up type. The auditorium has a professional type stage complete with lighting, curtains, sound system, and sound booth. On the opposite side of the theater from the lobby is a two-level portion. The upper level contains a kitchen, dining commons, and restrooms. Seating capacity in the dining area is approximately 650 persons. On the lower level are offices, meeting rooms, large lounge, education classrooms, kitchen, and restrooms. Average daily traffic count is 18,800.
